At Cofrai we are on a mission to transform the preventive maintenance services industry. We are building the platform that will be the backbone for maintainers to upgrade, accelerate, and thrive. We intend to become the market reference in an industry that has yet to embrace the digital revolution, as ServiceTitan did for trade professionals or Toast for restaurants.
Our product is the single control point for preventive maintenance companies. An uncomplicated operating system that simplifies processes, from order to collection, empowers dispatchers with dynamic and automatically AI-optimized routes, and provides technicians with an app that makes day-to-day operations fully paperless, allowing them to perform, adjust, review, and invoice job orders with a few clicks.
Cofrai minimises office workers' workload by 80–90%, maximises technicians' and dispatchers’ productivity planning and executing job orders, significantly reduces costs in paper and fuel, and gives business owners much-needed intelligence on the performance of their companies. We strive to enhance operational efficiency, minimise errors, and create an environment where maintainers can carry out their work with ease and precision to deliver top-notch services to end-customers.

We're a humble, fast-moving, and fun team with a user-centric culture. We use the highest-quality productivity tools and we are building the one tool that will finally digitise the operations of our clients.
We work fully distributed but prefer working in the office when possible (flexible). We catch-up often to make sure everybody has a good understanding of where the company is headed and we meet up for retreats in exciting places.
